I am afraid it is a secure connection failure:

error:1416F086:SSL is an error like the server rejected your certificate because it is revoked, nonexistent or incorrect... my guess is the last one...

Fine! knowing that, let's try regenerate your certification (something must be diferent in both CA and Server key):

The catch up:

Step #02 -> ca.crt have to has as UNIT NAME = iot_unit

Step #04 -> server.key must have a diferent UNIT NAME = iot_server_unit

COMMON NAME must be the name of your System - it is your DNS.

Redeploy everything and call the broker again.
